- 85% of those surveyed report higher satisfaction when payers communicate with members in their preferred ways
- 66% of respondents trust their health plan over the government or non-traditional plans (such as Amazon, CVS, and Walmart) to administer their health insurance
- 40% blame health insurance companies for the high cost of healthcare
