Subject to the terms and conditions discussed below, anyone posting an opinion list in healthsprocket (www.healthsprocket.com) between November 1, 2011 and January 15, 2012 regarding their personal health care predictions and trends for 2012, or top trends for 2011 can receive a free one year membership with MCOLGlobal, which provides a package of International Health Care e-newsletters and member only web site and is valued at $90.
Furthermore, the top five such lists by unique views as of January 15th will be awarded a Grand Prize of a 2012 free pass to all HealthcareWebSummit webinar events, valued at more than $7,500 each based up on the 2011 event schedule. The pass is transferable within an organization, as further described below.
MCOL Global Prize Details
Detailed information about MCOLGlobal memberships is available at www.globalhealthresources.com. Each eligible recipient will receive a MCOLGlobal membership valid through December 31st, 2012 at no cost, with no payment information required or other obligations relating to the membership. Eligible recipients already with a MCOLGlobal membership in effect will receive a six month upgrade (valid through June 30, 2012) to a MCOLGold membership (valued at $190) which is further described at www.mcol.com/suminfo.htm. After MCOL verification of eligibility, MCOL will email each recipient a confirmation with membership information.
HealthcareWebSummit Grand Prize Details
Detailed information about HealthcareWebSummit events is available at www.healthwebsummit.com. Each eligible prize Awardee will receive a one year pass to all paid 2012 HealthcareWebSummit events at no cost. (The pass doesn’t apply to complimentary Sponsored HealthcareWebSummit events, which are free for all registrants approved by sponsor) The pass provides attendance of one person to each paid live webinar, but does not include CD-ROM recordings of the event. The pass is transferable within an organization, meaning that any active employee of the organization that employs the Awardee posting the list may use the pass at the designation of the Awardee. MCOL will notify each of the five Awardees winning a Grand Prize during the week following the January 15th close of the contest, and will provide detailed procedures in that notice regarding how the Awardee shall use the pass for any applicable event. These procedures will specify that the Awardee is responsible to monitor available 2012 HealthcareWebSummit events, and register for desired events on a complimentary basis as provided in those instructions.
Grand Prize Awardee Criteria
The top five Eligible Lists by unique views as of January15, 2012 will receive a Grand Prize for the Eligible Recipient Awardee. Unique views are monitored internally by MCOL, and are different than the number of views displayed in thehealthsprocket Most Viewed List menus, which include non-unique views. A unique view is recorded on the basis as one view per unique visitor to the site. MCOL shall make to sole and final determination regarding determination of Awardees according to this criteria.
Eligible Recipients
Eligible Recipients are persons other than MCOL employees or their agents, that have registered in the healthsprocket site, and otherwise have complied with the healthsprocket Terms of Use as set forth at http://healthsprocket.com/hs/termsofuse. Persons may post as many eligible lists as they wish, and each such list is eligible for consideration in being awarded a Grand Prize. However, only one MCOLGlobal Membership prize will be awarded to each eligible recipient, regardless of the number of lists they post. MCOL shall make to sole and final determination regarding if a person is an Eligible Recipient.
Eligible Lists
In order for a list to be eligible for a prize, the list must be submitted by the Eligible Recipient as an Opinion Based List in healthsprocket, whereby the content of the list was created by the Eligible Recipient or the Organization they are employed by. Furthermore the content of the list must be directly related to predicted trends for 2012 or top trends of 2011, regarding any aspect of health care. The list must also comply with all other terms and condition of healthsprocket list submission, as set forth in http://healthsprocket.com/hs/submissionpolicy . MCOL shall make the sole and final determination regarding if a list submission is an Eligible List.

Announcement of Grand Prize Winners
An announcement of the lists, and Awardees winning the five Grand Prizes will be posted in the healthsprocket web site shortly after the January 15th 2012 close of the contest
