- Obesity: 36% of hospitalized vs. 17% of non-hospitalized managed care COVID-19 patients
- Hypertension: 92% of hospitalized vs. 74% of non-hospitalized managed care COVID-19 patients
- Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD): 52% of hospitalized vs. 22% of non-hospitalized managed care COVID-19 patients
- Chronic Heart Failure (CHF): 32% of hospitalized vs. 9.8% of non-hospitalized managed care COVID-19 patients
