1. HealthCare.gov seems to be much healthier
2. HealthCare.gov sales of gold plans did great
3. Latino consumers: Enrollment increased to 1 million, from about 956,000
4. Asian consumers: Enrollment increased to about 630,000, from about 600,000
5. Returning customers: HealthCare.gov coverage in place increased to 6.3 million, from 6.2 million, as the number of new enrollees fell to 2.5 million, from 3 million.
6. HealthCare.gov managers got 2018 enrollment to 95% of the 2017 level despite cutting advertising and marketing spending to just 10% of the 2017 level.
