- Pneumococcal vaccination: increase of 0.56 per 100 patients
- Clinical depression screening: increase of 0.46 per 100 patients
- Annual wellness visits: increase of 1.52 per 100 patients
- Colorectal cancer screening: decrease of 0.03 per 100 patients
