- 75.8% of patients (1,250) survived the initial hospitalization
- 78% of hospital survivors (975) were discharged home
- 12.6% of hospital survivors (158) were discharged to a skilled nursing facility
- 6.7% of hospital survivors (84) died by the 60th day of discharge
- 10.4% of ICU-treated hospital survivors died by the 60th day of discharge
- 15.1% of hospital survivors (189) were re-hospitalized by the 60th day of initial discharge
