- CAUTI (Catheter-Associated Urinary Tract Infections): declined 5%
- CLABSI (Central-Line Associated Bloodstream Infections): declined 6%
- Clostridioides difficile Infections: declined 37%
- Falls: declined 5%
- Obstetric Adverse Events: declined 5%
- Ventilator-Associated Pnuemonias: declined 13%
- (Post-op) Venous Thromboembolisms: declined 17%
- Surgical Site Infections: no statistical change
- Pressure Ulcers: rose 6%
- All Other Hospital-Acquired Infections: declined 12%
- Total Overall Hospital-Acquired Conditions: declined 13%
