- 42.8 percent of respondents have been with their current hospital for fewer than two years
- 65.7 percent have been with their current hospital for fewer than five years
- 37.0 percent of candidates plan to leave their current hospital within the next two years
- 68.6 percent of candidates plan to leave within five years
- 50 percent of all candidates worked for at least five hospital organizations in their career
- 3.9 percent of candidates have stayed with a single hospital for their entire career
