- South Dakota: 10.00% grade "A" hospitals
Notes: based on the number of grade “A” hospitals they have compared to the total number of graded hospitals on the Spring 2019 Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade. Additionally, Washington, D.C. had 0.00% grade "A" hospitals.
